- Kosta Koeman Review added: 2018.10.09★ ★ ★ ★ ★In an ideal world, the Human Factors in Diving program would be a part of the curriculum of every single open water class and every part of the dive master program for every diver making the transition to pro. The impact of this course in terms of seeing in an indisputable fashion of the limit of one's awareness, and the key to teamwork, communication, leadership, and delegation of tasks for a team to be successful is difficult for me to describe in a fashion that gives it the justice it deserves. The great thing about this course as well is that it isn't just about diving, but life as well. It is the only course for diving that I recommend that doesn't involve physical dive skills. I recommend (possibly badger them) the mini-class as a minimum for dive master and assistant instructor candidates that I train.
